1 - Check in / Check out:

Villas and apartments will be available from 16.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please remember that irrespective of the departure time of your flight you will need to vacate your villa or apartment by 10 a.m. This is necessary to allow villas and apartments to be cleaned and prepared in time for the next arrival.

2 - Paying for the balance of your holiday:

The balance must be paid at our reception on the day of arrival in cash (pounds or euros).

We do not accept credit cards.

3 - Cancellation charges against the deposit:

Once your holiday has been confirmed and the deposit is paid, we begin to incur costs on your behalf, for which a charge will be made, should you subsequently cancel your holiday.

All cancellations must be notified in writing either by e-mail or fax to our office.
Cancellation charges are dependent upon the length of time prior to your check-in date that the cancellation is made.

More than 45 days: 50% of the paid deposit

29 –45 days: 60% of the paid deposit

15 - 28 days: 70% of the paid deposit

8 - 15 days: 80% of the paid deposit

 1 - 7 days: 90% of the paid deposit

No Show: 100%. of the paid deposit

 Additional supplement: Administration and bank swift costs: 30 euros per cancellation.

4 - Mode of transport:

If you choose the airplane as mode of transport all you have to do is to book by a travel agency or airline in the UK your flights to Faro.

Please check with your travel agency if there are seats available for departure and return on the days you want to travel, before definitively booking your accommodation

5 - Journey instructions:
To help you to find the reception if you are travelling by car from Faro  airport, we will provide journey instructions with with your booking form and account.
